Dear Residents of Our Communities,
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has thrust our community into unknown territory. We recognize this is an uncharted and frightening time and that many in our community have faced both health and economic impacts. We are here to try to help.
We are working with residents affected by COVID-19 whose incomes have been reduced or disrupted. With uncertainty at an all-time high for all of us, it is our hope that all of our residents are able to meet their basic needs and are able to take care of themselves and their families. We want to do our best to help eliminate housing affordability as a current concern. If you are unable to make your rental payments during this time of crisis, we are happy to work with you and the building ownership to create a repayment plan with flexible and affordable payments. If this applies to you, please reach out to us at terri@jras.com.
The challenge before us is one like we have never encountered. As responsible property managers and housing providers, it’s our opportunity to help our communities prevail. We believe that we have an obligation to stay informed, to look out for each other and our residents, and work together to weather this storm. If we meet this moment proactively, we can all come out of this crisis stronger.
Below, please find a list of resources to help you meet your needs during this time. Please note, that many of these sites are updated daily and some may change without notice or become obsolete. If you notice that some of the links below are no longer working or are irrelevant, please let us know so that we can make the necessary updates.
